Your new non-clinical career is just three steps away...Whether you've been in practice 20-plus years or just leaving medical school there are companies, organizations and entrepreneurial opportunities just right for you. Consider this list as a starting point.

my three phase process: Focus, Package, Process.
Let's talk: Yes, let's talk about you and what you want to do: Pharma, Biotech, Informatics..., or what you think you might want to do: Become an Entrepreneur, Health Policy Expert... you may even have specific companies you want to target, Genzyme, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, W.L. Gore or those outside healthcare, Ford, Exxon, Gates Foundation, or others.
And, I'll tell you about the third_Evolution process. Bottom line, you must be comfortable working with third_Evolution. Or you may prefer your initial communication by email, or you can use our Contact form - it can even be anonymous.

Examine and sign our contract: It's short and to the point. We have three phases to our work and you only contract one phase at a time. You're never over committed.
Welcome - you're now a client and you've taken your first step toward your third_Evolution - your new nonclinical career.! Once I have your agreement, Phase I begins by... Taking the Birkman: Upon receipt of your contract, I'll send you a link to take the Birkman Method assessment. Click on the link to learn more.
Travel to Denver: You'll spend two days on-site in Denver where on Day One we'll explore our scope of subjective exercises to determine the "desirable" in selecting desirable and appropriate careers. Day two we'll examine your Birkman results, to obtain the "appropriate" career outcomes, and then begin the process of extrapolating those desirable and appropriate careers into your target list. After completing and prioritizing your list, we map out your action plan and timeline.
