Implementation as a third_Evolution client is about compliance. Most clients have never looked for a job, never started a new venture, and never had to "present" themselves to someone other than a colleague or a patient. Career change is all about charting new paths, and you need guidance to follow those paths successfully.
Compliance is based on your treatment plan, your career change strategy: that is, your specific goals and objectives, your timeline, and the implementation path created for you. It ranges in intensity from a minimum of weekly meetings (usually by phone) and email updates to once a month follow ups - all driven by your implementation strategy and timeline.
The content of those meetings is discussing contacts, planning meetings or presentations, tweaking your campaign materials, analyzing organizational research, evaluating offers and closing deals - training and other issues helping you stay focused, stay on schedule, and keep a positive attitude.
