When you sit down with a patient it's all about finding out what's wrong. With your career diagnosis, it's all about finding out what's right - what's right about how you work, how you work best, where you'll succeed and where you'll be happy.

Your diagnosis takes place in our offices in Downtown Denver over a highly focused and fast paced two day period.

Subjective: Taking your oral history. Through a focused and patterned process we'll explore your personal history, the good and the bad of jobs and activities you've had, brainstorm the elements of career preferences and map out your best outcomes.
Objective: Before you arrive, you'll take the Birkman Method behavioral career/work assessment online. It's our Chest x-ray, EKG and CBC w/SMAC 24 rolled into one. It tells us, objectively, how you work best.
Assessment: Day two we take the subjective and objective data from day one and present it as your career assessment - what's right, what will work, how you'll work best and happiest in your new career. Your assessment isn't just one job or one job idea, but a range of desirable and appropriate career outcomes from which you'll choose the most interesting and rewarding.
Plan: Once you've decided we'll develop your action plan and timeline. What is the very next step, and the step after, and how long will your career transition take? That will be mapped in your plan.

When you leave Denver you'll have a complete summary of the subjective data gathered from your oral history, a 30+ page summary of your Birkman results and your action plan with ideal jobs, immediate next steps, strategic overview and timeline. Most of all you'll have an understandable and logical process to follow to make successful career change happen.

Phase II is re-packaging, developing your marketing materials and getting you ready for treatment.
