 I've worked with "you."
I'm almost always asked, "Well, have you worked with... (ad your own
specialty, subspecialty, location, education, etc...)?" As as you can see from
the list at right, my answer is almost always, "Yes."
Further, it doesn't matter of you're mid-career, end of career, just
graduating from medical school, just finishing residency or somewhere in
between, I've worked with you.
However, just like the orthopaedic surgeon who has performed hundreds of hip
replacements, each is the same but each is unique. What I find more important to
your future career decisions is your individual Birkman Method results and our
personal interview. Some doctors want to relocate, some want to stay where they
are. Some work better alone, others in groups. I work with surgeons with the
demeanor of an internist and internists who think like surgeons. That's were your uniqueness lies, in your behavioral assessment
and your subjective goals.
Also, whether you're a doctor in New York or a physician California, my work
is coast to coast and occasionally off-shore. The entire process may occur at
distance, although I always ask that we begin face-to-face.
